
With 166 office units and 13 floors and state-of-the-art smart office technology, Al Khonji Real Estate and Development (AQAR) on Tuesday unveiled its office building the ‘Office 1991’ in Bausher. Located near Muscat Grand Mall, the office offers technology solutions for its tenants.
The launch event was attended by several businessmen and top officials from the real estate sector in the country. Speaking about the project, Mohamed bin Abdulla al Khonji, chairman and chief executive officer of AQAR said, “The new project has a height of 36m and its has 166 office units.
